Return And Refund Policy

We want you to have the best experience with us. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how our return and refund process works:

Returns

• We accept returns only (no exchanges).

• A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• To initiate a return, please email us at ghamandclothing@gmail.com with your order details.

Conditions for Return

• Returns are accepted only after review and approval.

• A return charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund.

• If the product is returned without original packaging, an additional ₹150 deduction will apply.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns if the product is:

• Used or worn

• Damaged after delivery

• Not in original and unused condition

• Returned without meeting basic hygiene standards

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and the product reaches us, the refund (after deductions) will be processed within 2 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to your Ghamand Wallet, which you can use to shop on our website.
