Product Condition & Quality Check (QC)

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • With original tags intact

  • In original packaging

All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) on arrival at our warehouse.

  • Items that fail QC are not eligible for a refund

  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion


Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the Ghamand Wallet

  • Once QC is approved, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours

  • Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on Ghamand Clothing


Return Process — Step by Step

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at ghamandclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
    or DM us on Instagram @ghamand.clothing with your order details.

  2. Pickup Scheduled
    A delivery partner will collect the item within 48 hours of confirmation.

  3. In Transit
    The return shipment reaches our warehouse in 3–5 working days.

  4. Quality Check (QC)
    QC is completed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  5. Refund Issued
    If QC is approved, the refund (minus ₹200 return fee) is credited to your Ghamand Wallet.


Return Status Explained

  • Return Requested
    We’ve received your request. You may still edit or cancel it.

  • Return Booked
    Pickup scheduled within 48 hours. Refund after QC (₹200 fee applies).

  • Return In-Transit
    Parcel is on the way to our warehouse.

  • Return Delivered / Pending Refund
    Parcel received and under QC (up to 24 hours).

  • Return Closed
    Refund completed. For any queries, email ghamandclothing@gmail.com.


FAQs

What happens if my item fails QC?
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags are not eligible for a refund. You will be informed of the QC outcome via email.

When will the refund reflect in my wallet?
Within 24–48 hours after QC approval.

Can I get a cash refund or refund to my original payment method?
No. Refunds are issued only to the Ghamand Wallet.
